Your artwork/files are ready and correct - You will be solely responsible for any error in the files
you submit. We will only offer reprints for free for errors on our end.
All artworks you upload have to be created by you or you have written permission from the original creator,
Chillypig Creations will not be held accountable for any and all liabilities.
Warranty:
Chillypig Creations disclaims no oral or written or implied warranty. We strive to provide the best quality
product we can offer to our customers. Reasonable care must be taken to prevent acrylic from scratching/breaking.
Wood products need to be kept away from moisture/excessive heat. We do not control how the end user will market/utilize the product.
Chillypig Creations reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime, for any reason.
Due to paypal's refund policy, any order that requires a refund will have a 2.9% fee on the refunded portion.
